Today I re-read a lot of my Counseling papers from college. One of the most distinct being about different methods of approaching conversations. The section on Search Talk has been buzzing around my head all day and especially the line, “I always cherish the moments when we just sit for hours on my couch and let words flow out of our mouths.”
I feel so lucky to have had that exact experience tonight :) Katie, I love you. Thank you for laying next to me as we stared at my swirled white ceiling until our eyes were smeared with sleep.
